So the S21+ has less RAM and no SD slot unlike the S20s. That sounds very disappointing!

No charger, no memory card, same specs as s20...?? Samsung is shooting itself in the foot. I am keeping my S20...I still remember that buying an S6 with no memory card was one big mistake. Won't do it again...The new Oppo phones seem pretty desirable now.

Fhd plus downgrade from a qhd which was basically from the s6 s7 s8 s9 s10 s20
only 2 flagships never had qhd was note 10 ehich was strange and s10e but that was smaller screen so don't really matter
less 400ppi in a 2020 flagship device for how much
although at least the battery life will be better and have better performance less overheating one thing the M series gets 5000 7000mah batterys why not these they much more power hungery
no sd card slot not 128gb/256gb for average user not bad but as soon you start taking photos or recording it gonna fill instantly and with 8k recording you fill it very very quick
charger and earphones typically following trends pretty much same charging tec anyways
the processer which quite interesting where Samsung exynos looks possible to outperform the snapdragon but that's rumors as since the s7 the performance trailed behind bit by bit now current 990 exynos 40% behind some benchmark and uses more power and heat

I have note 10 and I will not buy anymore samsung no mater s21 or s21 ultra. It's the same garbage . Samsung is no longer flag ship it looks like is a flagship but it's not. Only one screen doesn't make flagship. Even the ultra note 20 is ander the score of camera by dxomark huawei xiaomi and apple . So what flagship is that . It will be the same for s21 series as well. Same as 20 series. I will never buy samsung anymore . Better wait for oneplus 9 pro .

But it was Samsung's fault, not the Phase Detection itself.
It had issues in daylight, also during videos.
Something not seen on the periscope camera.
HMX used by xiaomi and motorola is PDAF, no AF issues.
Almost all midranges use sensors with PDAF, no issues.

The S20 5G ... moreThe main difference is imho the processor, the Exynos 990 is kinda trash in battery management/ISP (Compared to S865) so the exynos 2100 is very welcome. But again, not a true flagship, they need to strip the SD card, the glass back, the QHD resolution ... I was eager to buy S21 to replace my Note10+ and have a non curved screen with a smaller device but hell ... I'll wait for a under screen camera ! Even if it's crap, I don't care, I dont take much of a selfie. They should consider getting away the cam even, but sometimes for fooling around that's nice, but other than that ...

Too much expensive for a phone with features removed, cheaper materials and even a mediocre "hybrid" zoom so is not even a 3x optical, is lower... Time to give a good welcome to Vivo X60 Pro or a future Mi Note 11 if released.

I was considering the but not anymore. Apperently the S series is downgrading really hard now. Well ok I guess I will buy other brands.

Never thought I saw a Galaxy S with a Sub-400 pixel density.

I hope the non-ultra 2021 S won't end up like the 2020 non-ultra Note.

Samsung you suck. Why are you keeping putting different cpu in Europe. This is the reason why I haven't bought the S20+ (an I had all phone from S6 above). And know you are also removing the microSD card I think is time for me to find an other manufacturer
